  • So I had a couple of recalls on my truck, so I called Prestige. Took them a couple days to call me back. Once I returned their call, I was able to make an appointment. The earliest was a week and a half away. Not a big deal. I show up for my 9am appointment today, they take the truck into the shop for 20 minutes then park it outside for nearly an hour. So at this point it's 10:30 and nothing has been accomplished on my truck. I told them I wanted the keys back so I didn't waste any more of my time and suddenly they were ready to take it back and do the work. I was told on the phone that this shouldn't take more than a couple hours. I asked the service writer this morning and he was clueless so he asked the mechanic and was told it'd be done by noon. It's 11:55 and I'm still waiting. Customer service here sucks. No one has updated me on the progress. Seems like they could care less. I'm not coming here again even though I have had good experiences in the past. Update: just finished it at noon. But really if I've got an appointment at 9 why am I waiting an extra hour and a half for nothing?
