  • I've been going to this gym for years since it was Golds Gym. My family and I have the membership that is supposed to include guest access, my daughter will be turning 15, I asked if I can bring her to try it out prior to getting her membership, I was told no because all guests have to be at least 16. Although she could have joined at the age of 13, as I was just told. Not sure how that makes sense. Needless to say we will be cancelling my membership along with my husband and son's membership. I know they are hurting for new members, but this is not good customer service, especially from Jesse the GM or Membership Counselor. He always has the "I DON'T GIVE A DAMM ATTITUDE ". I only gave the one star for the movie theater.
