  • Please don't use this company!!!! Their customer service is horrific. They were recommended to me by my insurance company to do repairs on my basement, but after many voicemails were ignored and some verbal commitments were broken prior to the job, my instincts were screaming, DROP THEM!!!! I did just that because I didn't want to fight with them once the job got started, I am so glad I followed my instincts because I see that other customers, have endured a negative experience with this company! BUYERS BEWARE...IF YOU SEE CARARRA COMPANIES,YOU BETTER RUN NOT WALK AWAY!!!
