  • They are the worst! It's 119 degrees today and my cars ac failed. I called and spoke with Jacob who said, come on in any time between now 3pm and 5 and we'll see what's wrong. I arrive 4:35 pm. He's not there and the two jokers in the office tell me they are leaving at 5...even though their "posted" store hours are till 6 pm with the last car at 5:30. Oh, but I could leave it over night....what I'm going to walk home in 119 degree heat???? Are you out of your flipping mind. They lost not only the ac repair for my car, the check engine light repair, and any other random repair I will ever need on my older/failing car. Probably well over $3000 in future repairs because they didn't want to complete a 10 minute inspection to help out an older single lady who is cooking in her car. Nice work men. Where's your momma, I want to tell her how you did today.
