  • I've been going to B&B for over 10 years, and this place never ceases to amaze me. Some items are half the price of Leslies! I was worried when "the old guys" retired, but the next generation has impressed me just as much. I usually just take a digital picture of my pool equipment with me and they know exactly what I need - and they will spend the time to provide the most cost efficient solution along with tips on how to do it yourself. Example: they rebuilt my pump motor a couple weeks ago, and it froze up again. He fixed it on the spot, didn't charge me even though it was a different issue, and even apologized for the hassle as I left. Now THAT is good old fashioned customer service. I always check on-line prices before visiting, and they have consistently been within a few dollars of the best price I could find on the web. I would never dream of going anywhere else and have recommended them to everyone I can.
