I just wanted to add that I got to try the fries and they were every bit as delicious as I had hoped for, albeit a little too salty towards the end as the seasoning kind of piled in my fry-boat. However, we did go there on a night when Fukuburger was having a rough time with their equipment, so I give them much love and respect for sticking it out with their orders and customers that were waiting. Colin and Mags even gave me a "We promise it'll be better next time" coupon to make up for the wait and unfinished food. Even despite all the things that had gone wrong, their burger special (chicken katsu burger with fries and coleslaw(?) on top), shaved ice, mac salad, and fries came out pretty decent--much better than one would expect after all the things that had gone wrong in their truck that night.
For top-notch service and awesome late-night food, I really can't express how much I respect and support these guys in their food truck venture.
