| - We stayed at this hotel for four nights (Sunday Aug14 thru Wed Aug17) we were in town to see Paul McCartney & go to the R&R hall of fame.Except for a few housekeeping issues, our room wasn't serviced one day, and on another day they came at 3:15 to clean our room, which at that point we had just gotten back in from a full morning out, so that wasn't going to work for us. Each time we were able to find a housekeeper to give us towels, and toiletries, they took our garbage and food plates that we left in the hall for pickup in a timely manner and were very apologetic for any inconvenience,so being that this hotel is only a few months old, I'm OK with the housekeeping issues. Everyone we dealt with from the front desk to housekeeping to the Valet, were very warm, friendly and helpful ! We ate in the Burnham restaurant one night and our waiter John was such a nice guy, taking the time to chat with us and give us suggestions on things to do in the area, when he found out I was a Hilton Garden Inn employee from another state myself, he made sure we were taken care of as best he could (I think he would be that way with any guest and be as helpful and attentive as possible) As a Starbucks coffee drinker, I was happy to see that they served Starbucks coffee and in the morning you were able to get lattes and Macchiato's in Elliott's bar.We had a beautiful view of the hall of fame and lake Erie from our 19th floor room window, I felt the hotel room was clean, as was the bathroom and all guest areas, there is a nice indoor pool and a rooftop bar, though we didn't get a chance to go to either one, we did see people there, enjoying themselves. This was my third trip to Cleveland and I would stay here again if I ever go back
