  • For 5 months now I have had a great experience. My one bedroom is very spacious and everything works perfect. AC works great during the day because I work nights. I have been reading reviews and have just found out they will be shutting AC off in winter. I agree with everyone, there is no winter in AZ. I will be raging if they shut my AC off and I have to sleep during day in the AZ heat. The only problem I have had is my toilet clogs easy. They tried to fix it, but I guess the apartment is so old that the piping is made small. It's a very quiet residence and I feel very safe. The gym is nice and the pools are clean. Overall I love it but if they shut my AC off during winter I will turn my 4 stars to a 1.
