  • I started using their Shea location and loved the convenience. But the service started to slip and they started missing promise dates. I then started using the Frank Lloyd Wright location. More recently they have starting to cause significant damage to my clothes--but don't disclose it. On one sport coat they broke 9 out of 14 buttons while adding a shine to the fabric. The following trip they broke the new mother of pearl buttons and replaced them with plastic buttons that are crooked and don't come close to matching. Tide offers great convenience but the quality has badly deteriorated and I can no longer afford to use them. A Tide representative, Cody reached out to me clearly upset with a sarcastic text regarding my review. Cody offer to repair the damaged jackets at his expense. I appreciated the offer, but a credit on future dry cleaning and a repair job by his staff didn't sound like an acceptable solution following my experience.
