| - Don't waste your time. We've been here a few times and today was just the nail in the coffin. I tried to email them directly about our experience thinking we could talk to someone with authority, (because the manager today was so rude and didn't help us at all) but their "feedback" email they have listed on their website comes back as undeliverable multiple times. So, here I am to do everyone else a favor. Spend your money somewhere else, ANYWHERE else.
My mom's food was cold when it should've been hot. It took 45 minutes to get our food. They weren't busy... but we had to track down our waitress to ask about our food because she ignored us up until then.
It's less about the food being cold, but the way it was handled. Or lack thereof. The waitress offered to bring my mom new bread (is she supposed to make her own sandwich?) and when we asked for a manager, some lady (she didn't introduce herself, she only said "I heard there's a problem here.") offered to bring new bread as well. My mom said she felt her food was cold because it took so long for us to get our food and it had been sitting out. The "manager" literally only said, "I'm sorry you feel you waited that long." (Backhanded apology?) And walked away never to be seen again. Then NO ONE talked to us. We were never given a refill on our drinks, we weren't even acknowledged again, except by the waitress who was helping the table next to us. She came up finally and asked if we wanted boxes and refills and apologized for our experience. I'm sorry she was the only positive part of the experience we had.
The food is mediocre at best, cold (when it should be hot) and in a time when service is the only thing that sets businesses apart, this place is not worth anyone's time or money. Wish I could've talked to them directly, but they apparently would rather this be posted on Yelp for everyone to see.
