  • Overall, the dealership experience is fine. People are friendly and try to help you out. Unfortunately, most of the stars knocked off are due to the poor quality cars they sell. I have owned my car for 6 years, with 20k miles driven total, and have had engine issues at least ONCE A YEAR during my ownership experience. The most recent fix costing $700. The best advice I can offer is this: stay away from Volkswagens and buy a reliable car.
