Not quite understanding what people are talking about with the rude owners. The guy who helped me seemed pretty chill and was able to find what I was looking for in no time and even gave me a pretty sweet deal on it. The store is really cool - it's pretty much a museum of clocks. There are plenty of clocks in there that are over 200 years old and it's always nice to walk in and hear the sound of probably close to a hundred clocks all ticking at once and striking at different times. I've now bought two clocks from Kappel's and couldn't be happier.
Update: The clock I purchased broke within about a month. I took it back and told them and they repaired it no questions asked - free of charge. I would highly recommend this place.
