An update on our situation is that Groupon was able to credit our account the $69 with Groupon Bucks. Although we never heard back from "Billy" the Manager/Owner, after this undesirable situation, we received back what was due to us. We can't take back our inconvienence and time spent "looking forward to our spa experience we never had" we can only move forward and look for the right place to maybe go in the future for a couples massage.
