  • Overall a great job. I believe it was Joe that was my technician. I had an alignment done on my 2008 BMW 550i since it was pulling to the right. He was also able to remove my skid plate that was hanging off the car and making noise. I was tempted to give 3-4 stars since the previous day I drove 32 miles round trip, arrived at 3pm and was turned down from service because I didn't have an appointment even though there was only one car in the shop being worked on and nobody in the lobby. I think this was kind of a stupid oversight. So MAKE SURE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. So you don't waste your time like I did. In the end though, the service is exceptional and it was worth going back. I'd recommend A Arrow to anyone who needs an alignment or their suspension checked out.
