| - Valet was nice and professional.
Room's decor was modern and carpet had a nice pattern.
Mattresses were very soft, so if you need a hard mattress, don't stay here. The room did not include a mini fridge, a basic amenity I expect at all hotels now. It also did not include a mini bar. Twice we ordered a specific number and specific sized towels, and they delivered the wrong number and size both times.
In the restaurant, they also got one of my friend's omelette order wrong twice and got it right the third time. The night before, at the bar, another friend ordered a drink off the menu that the bartender said they don't carry.
On the other hand, our waitress at breakfast was nice. When I got the breakfast buffet, I had assumed waffles are included. They weren't, and she was nice enough to ask the chef if he/she could make them anyway- without me asking.
Breakfast included average eggs, bland potatoes, and 3 types of pretty good butter cakes.
We were a group of 5 college friends from all over the country and were there for a friend's wedding, and asked if they have a large suite to fit us all. They said no. So we booked one room and decided to squeeze so we can spend time with each other. We asked for a cot, and they said, "We can't put a cot in that sized room, but we'll give you pillows and blankets." Our room was standard size, so I'm not sure if they were punishing us for squeezing.
Overall, the staff were friendly and nice, but room service needs more training, and the hotel needs to update their menu and rooms with fridges.
