  • What a joke of a company this is, water shut off over $130 balance, trying to push those reconnect fees I guess. Two damn years and I've always paid these assholes, I miss one damn month and they act like I'm trying to steal from them or something. The lady who answered customer service was acting like I was the scum of the earth for not paying 130 fucking dollars. If there were other options, I would definitely ditch this terrible company.
