  • This is a review based on our awful experience we had with Front Porch Management. We decided to go with a family owed property management hoping that would provide great service and professionalism while finding good tenants for our wonderful home. First of all they don't check the credit on tenants and they decide to pay for expenses that we, as landlords, never were aware of, and even lowering the rent so they can rent the property faster. Within 6 months, 2 families were evicted from our home, and to top it all off, our last tenants stole our stainless steel refrigerator. Please be aware when deciding to do business with this Company, they refuse to communicate with any issues, they don't return your phone calls, they leave you confused and angry. I am still waiting for their phone call since we want to fill out a police report for all our belongings that were stolen from our property. AWFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Please look somewhere else!
