  • Food here is great. My family & I have staycationed at Chaparral Suites for years. But tonight's service experience changed all that. Here for college football championship game. There is essentially ONE server waiting on approx. 15 tables with c. 4 persons per table. It's a madhouse! Shame on manager for not anticipating a crowd on a game night at a place that touts itself as a sportsbar. Cmonman
