Awful customer service. Literally the rudest "welcome" I've ever received at any hotel I've ever planned on staying in. Tonight, after reserving my room via a 3rd party hotel website, my reservation wasn't ready. That's fine. Not the fault of the hotel for not receiving it yet. But she just wasn't nice. She was smug. Just be nice. Just be warm. Just smile. It really put me off and so I cancelled my pending reservation and went to the holiday inn just north of here. I'm sitting in this holiday inn hotel very content and happy. The people at the front desk of THIS hotel actually like the people who walk through the door.
