  • The first time I had ever heard of this place it was in the 90s, when a classmate told me "that's where Princess Diana stays when she's in Toronto" so I guess my expectations were high? I was here for a conference and the staff was rude, the food was bad, but the prices are all still high. The out-of-towners were mostly unimpressed with their rooms. It's gone downhill, I guess.
