  • So I came in and was immediately greeted by everyone. Can you please teach other businesses this simple level of customer service? Excellent!!!! Joe and ule (I probably spelled that wrong) helped my boyfriend and I. They were very helpful considering we brought in 3 huge boxes of movies. They did not make us feel bad about going through all of the movies (which is what I was afraid of). The whole staff was friendly. Thanks everyone for being so helpful and pleasant to work with. I will recommend this place to others. They did have a few irritating CUSTOMERS though. Guys if u shop here don't make the employee's lives more difficult by having an attitude and requesting ridiculous things. They do have a great relationship with existing customers from what I saw. They also fix scratched CDs and DVDs for $1!
