  • I wish there were a setting between 4 and 5 stars. The desk wasn't overly friendly, but I didn't think they were rude either. Just very to-the-point. The vet I had took great care of my newly adopted kitty, Sofia. =] I adopted Sofia with an upper respiratory infection and she has been on some very strong medications for it. Seeing as she was taking her medicine and not getting better, I thought something else might be going on. The vet impressed me when someone referred to Sofia as "he" and the vet automatically corrected the staff member with "she". That's someone who really cares about pets. If you're a pet owner and think of your pets as family, then that's something you pick up on. Still working with them on getting her better. I am very pleased with my vets professionalism, knowledge and kindness towards my cat. Would definitely recommend!
