  • If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. It's a building full of disgruntled workers with TERRIBLE attitudes. Be cautious when handing over your credit card bc you WILL be charged random fees indefinitely. My family moved 1000 miles away and with all of the endless proof they needed, I was only granted 1 cancelation in my household. The other 2 memberships were forced to be paid for years to come because families can not cancel memberships when moving, only the person who is head of the household. They will find ANY way to squeeze money out of you. They will shut down soon. I'm looking forward to it so that they will stop charging my credit card...which has been going on 1 year now. They are unapologetic scammers who don't care about the product, service or client. I'm sure their business model is imploding as I type this. I'm looking forward to seeing "CLOSED" on their doors soon. Even my credit card company commented on how unbelievable Golds Gym LKN is with ignoring fees and disputes sent from THEM! The actual facility is worthy of 2.5 stars...no steam room or sauna...showers rarely work but machines are decent during non-peak hours. They also offer child care BUT it's never open and there is no security so anyone can take your kid. If their customer service was great, I still wouldn't value this place at any membership fee over $10 per month. I was suckered by a Groupon and even GROUPON apologized and refunded me for Gold's behavior! BUYER BEWARE!!!
