If I could give them a zero I would.
My first experience with LV Moving company was very customer service orientated. But then they lost a couple of boxes, my TV stand for a different TV and my large LG 55" screen TV. I had so much difficulty trying to reach them and get a hold of them. I would call and email them and dead silence. Finally, TWO MONTHS later, they were only able to find my TV and get it to me.
For the inconvenience, the promised to send me a check with the driver and when my TV finally arrived there was no check. The driver said they were going to send via mail --which was not what I was told. I called and they said the drivers lost the check.
It seems like this company is great at losing things. Ugh!
I am NOT looking forward to filing a claim or to continue any kind of business with this company, especially given how they've handled things thus far.
