  • We wanted to reserve some lanes but could not commit to having more than 20 in our group. Coral in Reservations told me, on the phone and by email, that they would not reserve lanes for groups under 20. Then, about a week prior to the event, Coral emailed that should could reserve lanes for fewer than 20. I responded that I had 8 signed up. When I arrived on June 23rd, nothing at all had been reserved. And by then, I had 11 signed up. So can I get three lanes together in about 35 minutes? "Well, we have two together but not three. But if something opens up ...." It appeared that they made no effort to keep a third lane open for us, so we ended up crammed into the two lanes. Then one lane's scoring unit dropped all but one name after the second frame, so that lane had to find an employee to reset it. Bowlero is a nice new facility -- not quite as good as Lucky Strike in Cityscape, but nice -- while the service is really bad. I'd seen an earlier review panning the service and figured by now things would be worked out. Nope.
