Worst customer service. I was ordering online and told to pick up at certain time. When I get there, I had to wait for another 30 minutes. I began noticing something was not right when the people that came after me got their orders while I'm still waiting. I finally asked them where's my order, so the cashier looked, come back and says "oops, it's here all this time"...?!! I was beyond frustrated. This has been ongoing issue, either the management needs to revise its training policy or add more staff.
