I have been considering buying a Groupon for ClimbMax. After reading questionable reviews, I contacted the gym and explained that many reviews cited a dirty facility, not well cared for. In light of these reviews, I asked if the facility had recently been cleaned or updated. The employee asked "What kind of question is that?" My response was: "An honest one based on people's reviews." His response: "Then don't buy it." Then the employee hung up on me. Horrible way to treat (potential) customers.
