  • Very poor service. I took my watch in for battery replacement and it was set aside and forgotten. After two weeks and no phone call I attempted to pick it up. It was still not done. The second time I called first to find out the store is closed while the owner is on vacation. It has been a month and I still don't have my watch. I was told it is finished but I can't pick it up untill next week which will be six weeks. There is no excuse for this kind of irresponsibility with people's jewelry.
