  • Initially, there was a glitch with my order. After a while, they realized that they ran out of what I had ordered. The last of it was slated for another table. Michael was apologetic and offered to make things right. Now, that's what you call excellent customer service! I ended up ordering the lechon, prepared in a way that I'm unaccustomed to. It was crispy and full of flavor! I believe they slow-roast it in the back or side of the restaurant.
