  • I've been coming here for several years, with pretty good experiences. On 11/26, I bought a booklet of express carwash passes. On 5/8 I went in to use a pass, and they refused to dry my truck. The cashier told me they don't dry the cars for express washes anymore. I was upset, because I never would have bought passes, if I knew I had to dry my own truck. She called over a carwash manager to explain it to me. He starts lying, and telling me it's been over a year, since they stopped drying the cars. Then he starts berating me about how long ago I bought the booklet. He looks it up in the computer, and tells me I bought the passes last year, so I'm wrong. The cashier apologized to me. Not sure if it was because I was getting ripped off, or the manager was being such an ass.
