Not perfect, but they're a lot better than most management companies and certainly have been very good to me. I've been staying in Schenley House for about five years and running. Rent increases are inevitable, but manageable and fair. The maintenance requests I put in have all been handled in a timely manner and the jobs were all well done, especially the emergency cases (clogged bathtub, broken toilet, broken kitchen food disposal unit) among other things. You can also pay for the rent using a credit card with no additional fee (there's a fee if you do so online) at the management office, which is open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday. Would recommend renting from them if possible.
