I cannot imagine why this location only has three and a half Stars. The location by my old house on Charleston was always so busy and hard to get into and even if the ATM wouldn't take all my cash at one time I would never waste my time going inside. This location has a drive-thru ATM and seems to be kind of hidden in the grocery store parking lot. I came in after forgetting my ATM card in the ATM for like the 15th time and my first reaction was how nice everyone is here for it being a bank. I hate myself for not remembering her name but her office if you're facing the three offices is all the way to the right hand side. She made a joke as to how many times I forgot my ATM card and I asked her about opening a new account for my daughter's school deposits which is new for me to be paying a large amount of money each month for private school she not only steered me in the right direction I asked her about improving my credit in which she gave me to another Banker named Linda. Not only are both these women super smart witty and beautiful they are understanding and really care about my situation. I have a decent amount in my savings however my credit is horrible. One Nevada has a great program that is free of charge to help you build your credit. I recommend this to anyone with an average or below-average credit score that needs help especially when it comes to purchasing or renting a new home or car. I felt amazing leaving this location and speaking to these women. And just listening to the three of them work together I can tell the team work in the bond in this office is strong and everyone enjoys their job. It's hard to get this type of customer satisfaction but I am always happy to come to this bank even if its to talk about poor credit etc.
