  • I cannot speak for the dr's qualification since she never showed for our appointment. After waiting 45 minutes no apology was given when asked why the doctor hadn't shown up, just 'it's her practice, she can do what she wants. Cancel your appointment.' The nurse was very polite about it but considering the way it was said and without apology, I would say she likely has said this many many times to many many patients.
