Terrible experience parking with the valet here. We went to the 42nd bar and parked using the Valet service thinking we would be efficient getting out. But no doc luck! The line to pay for our parking ticket was 40+ people long (took 1 hour) and another 40 minutes to get the car. They had a Mary Kay symposium going on and had all the folks checking at 6 pm. I would have thought the Hilton would have more process thinking to know when the meeting would be done and to man the desk with extra people. But of course not!!! It was a terrible experience and we will not come again.
