Time Warner Cable is just awful. I was due a refund of $29.13 for canceling my internet service half way through the month after I had already paid for the entire month. Well, that was the middle of January and now it's the middle of March and I still haven't received my refund. I have called Customer Service a handful of times and even posted on their Facebook wall. I can not get any resolution! They just keep telling me 1) someone will call me or 2) they're checking on it and they'll get back to me. I never hear anything back. I just want my refund. It's stealing if you keep money that isn't yours TWC! Until the day I die (which is a pretty long time hopefully, I'm only 21) I will NEVER use your services.
