  • My company gives Fedex billions and billions of dollars worth of business every year and this is the only office that I have ever been to where the manager has no idea what customer service is. He treats customers terrible, always trying to take advantage and extra charge for things that are not necessary. The girls there are awesome it's just the manager the redhead guy. He acts like he's better than anyone in the world. I will never go back to this office again unless they are giving away money but it would have to be a lot of money for me to have to go in there and deal with that rude manager again.
