  • Earlier this year I took my MacBook Pro in to get the glass replaced. I left thinking that the job had been done as it looked fine. Until... the glue they used to hold the replacement "glass" down started coming loose and I finally pulled off the "glass" which turned out to be a thin plastic screen. Wow! I know I went in for a GLASS replacement and of course paid for a GLASS replacement therefore I expected for them to use GLASS! Definitely feeling ripped off and not impressed.
