  • I would not recommend renting from this management service nor do any type of business with them. Absolutely horrible management. Rumor is that the company is owned by a politician and these are just investment properties so that they can make a great profit once the areas they invest in are developed more. This would explain the neglectful nature of the management and maintenance requests. They never fixed one thing in our house until the kitchen flooded because of a broken pipe...but even that took over a week for them to respond to the messages.
