Don't trust them, they can't even keep their ATM working. Half the time the stupid thing is "out of service" or just doesn't work. Of course the branch is too cheap to have another machine for redundancy.
Just waste the time you don't have to visit another one of their ATM's but cross your fingers because I've had 2 bad ones in a row.
This happens multiple times, not a "one time" occurrence.
Go to a bank that respects its customers with a working ATM.
Since you chose the cheap route of neglecting your ATM's I will make it public for all to see. You should have fixed your ATM.

OMG, Run from this place if you're a business owner. Good luck trying to login and see your account balance on their website. They have some stupid login where you must hover your mouse over the login tab and then slide it directly down and then to the left to login. Don't mouse-over outside of the box. Otherwise it disappears and you get to start over again. Did they even test this before they implemented such a poorly designed system? Doubt it!
If that wasn't hard enough you are forced to have TWO DIFFERENT USER NAMES for one USER and one is a random sequence of numbers who's going to remember that?!?!?! Which one is which? Not only can you easily confuse Company ID with User ID but if you make 3 mistakes YOU ARE LOCKED OUT. You have to wait for the next business day, call some backwards phone system and finally try logging in. this mean you cannot even view you balance for 52+ hours if you get locked out on a Friday.
If you have to leave that screen to go to google contacts or wherever you have your ridiculous two user names stored the stupid menu disappears and you have to hover-over and start over.
Too cheap to install a simple "forgot password link" . What a joke!
