I showed up and was immediately greeted by a nice fellow who directed me towards the area I wanted to be in and told me about the sale that was happening and if I needed help, to just ask and about how they aren't commission based. On my way to the dining table area, I saw NO sales people on the floor. I get to the area and there's a couple being helped by a worker. Great, he greets me but continues helping them, which is fine. But I'm looking around and not seeing anything I liked or in my price range. So I go in search of a worker. I see the man helping the couple and one man sitting and helping a woman... then no one else... at all... that't it. I wonder around for another 5-10 minutes, slowly getting more and more irritated that I can't find someone to help me and that the selection I saw online isn't in the store when I stumble upon several workers standing at a desk in a back area just chatting.
At this point, I'm massively annoyed and feel like I shouldn't have to approach a sales person to get help and that there should be people offering to help customers who are wondering around with a confused look on their face. The group of people continue talking as I walk by and I decide, at that point... that I have no interest of doing my business here and left. There was no farewell from the greeter, there was no one who tried to help me beyond greeting me. Absolutely disappointed in the customer service.
