  • I have lived here for a little over 6 months now and have been very happy living here. Pros: -Beautiful apartments, high end finishings, new carpet and flooring. -Convenient covered parking -Stunning resort style pool area with grills and fire pits -Friendly and professional office staff who take your concerns seriously -Maintenance issues are addressed quickly -Security patrols the area at night -Very dog friendly with a great little "grassy" area -Close to the Biltmore area and downtown Phoenix -Fun social events every other month -Rent is fair for the amenities and location Cons: -I can hear people walking/babies crying from the apartment above me -The security gate breaks occasionally -Tenants don't always pick up their dog poop even though there are bags supplied for this purpose
