  • Went to Barnes and Noble Waterfront with 3 books on my list. First one there were several books by the same name so they wanted the name of the author. Went to look it up on my phone.....Barnes and Noble wifi had blocked me. Wanted me to sign it and allow them access to my information....NOT. Long story short they only had one of the 3 books I was looking for and it was $4 less on Amazon....Lost this customer.
