From the outside, Copper seems to be one of those non-authentic, fusion type Indian restaurant. As such, I was really surprised to find some really good and VERY authentic dishes whipped up here.
They offer both fusion and traditional dishes. I tend to order the traditional items and I've never been disappointed. Some of their fusion type dishes are also pretty good actually.... and did I mention their cocktails? What a great complement to dinner.
My only gripe is service tends to be a bit slow here and they tend to ration their naan bread (sucks because we are usually there in a large group).... hmmm
