  • Have had zero issues with my brace and even had a great experience with follow up. They were basically assigned to me while I was admitted at Banner Desert for emergency back surgery. Jim was great when he came to measure, explained everything well, and they had my full upper body brace finished and delivered the next day, enabling me to finally walk. I even called with a question about straps that they handled great, no charge. I'm happy with them.
