  • It was nice they came out to pick-up our dear pet cat, which we had put him into a basket and had him wrapped in a towel. The gentleman asked if I wanted the towel and I stated yes. He then proceeded to pull our cat out of the basket by his tail, then put him head-first into the yellow bag. No warning, just putting my pet into the bag like he was picking up road-kill. I was STUNNED! I felt this was very disrespectful to my pet and our raw feelings of unexpectedly losing our cat. I would NOT recommend this business!
