Service:5 stars!!! I have been going to Toyota for repairs on my Toyota's for over eight years. On my 4th one! Out of all of the dealerships I've been to which is probably at least 10 of them that I got service done at this location by far has one of the best service advisors I have ever had!
I had a noise concern on my vehicle,
Nicholaus Z. Went above and beyond!! He frequently checked in with me letting me know what was going on. That they found a leak but that it was covered by my warranty. He didn't try pushing anything on me. He was honest, friendly & only made suggestions. (Now a days most of these guys are like salesman!). He was so nice that a service that was recommended a few times by others & I had declined previously, I accepted because of his amazing service. I was okay spending more money with an advisor that actually cared about my satisfaction. I had a magnet that stuck to my paint job that I had been embarrassed about for months! I have a 2012, and it's still in great shape! I asked him if they could take a look at it and let me know! (I assumed I would get an estimate), but Nicholas took care of me! It looks like It was never there! I will definitely be back & I will only see Nic from now on!!
Sales: 3 1/2 stars: I was so impressed with Nicholaus' service that my husband and I decided that we would shop for a car (my hubbys VW was a pile of junk). We liked the salesman and test drove a few cars. The only thing that we didn't like is that they kept trying to push us into other cars after we already started paperwork. (Like I said I have bought 4 cars from Toyota so i am very familiar with how they normally are at other dealers). I understand sales, I was a saleswoman for many years. But you upsell BEFORE you start paperwork. Not after. I know, that the reason why they tried to UP sell us later is because they had to drop the price further than we negotiated because it was above book even when we talked them down. So the salesman knew he would lose $. But it wasn't our salesman that really did it, some other guy had stepped in and tried to help our sales guy because he was "new". (This is the same experience my husband had with them 2 years ago) they are very pushy in trying to UP sell. However, we left happy with my hubbys new car & we def will be taking it to Nic to get serviced!!!!
