  • This company is a absolute joke! I enjoy the home I live in, the owner is great however I won't sign another lease unless he finds another management company. It's not worth the trouble of dealing with this company. Here's a few reasons NOT to deal with this company...... 1. They NEVER EVER EVER answer the phone. 2. They send generic automated emails when they do respond. 3. You're lucky if you get a response in a timely manner. 4. They don't have payment options. No internet/ phone payments or even a drop box. 5. They are not accountable when THEY make a mistake. 6. They tell you one thing and do another 7. If you have a problem they don't try to help or provide solutions 8. The surrounding companies at the same office make comments about the service they provide and the amount of upset tenants that stop by. 9.The individual who they employ cannot communicate at all. I feel bad for anyone who works with Damon
