  • Rip off artists! I was out and the service tech, Ivan, totally took advantage of my teenage daughter. Charged $180 trip/service fee and left with a $700 bill. Spoke with the manager in protest --after a long song and dance he offered to cut $200 off the outrageous bill. (Sort of like the theft negotiating to give you some of your money back.). I am totally pissed at them---rip off artists. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, my credit card company, and a small claims court filing. Can't stand businesses that rip people off. Take my word for it--avoid these guys!
