Great food! Brunch is good every time, and their chairs are ohhhh sooo comfortable. I recommend any of their french toasts.
Everyone else is right, though -- the wait is excruciatingly long. Their tables are all odd sizes, which means they often seat parties of 6 before parties of 2, or parties of 2 at massive tables... etc. Not bad when the weather is nice and you don't mind standing on the street, but awful when it's winter.
Also: their standard coffees and teas are quite good, but their "specialty" espresso beverages are awful. Too sugary, burnt-tasting... yuck.
