  • It's only been under 2 years that I got my Bimmer here and so far while I have been impressed! I have not been disappointed. Sales: the Sales Team hats off! They did a great job taking care of me, taking me on several test drives, and even giving me an invitation to go to the BMW Testing Track last summer which was great. I got a chance to pick from a large selection of models and I was grateful that they took the time to find the 2-door coupe that I was looking for. The whole team really went the extra mile to accommodate me. Service: even though I have a service package with my lease, and I usually do not pay for anything except for parts. I have always been treated with respect, plus I love the add-on like coffee, donuts, it may not seem like much but the food does go a long way in making the customer service experience seem a whole lot better. Overall I have to say my experience has been satisfying, however, I have not been blown away. I expected a lot more from my BMW Dealer and especially the downtown Toronto location. To be quite honest I have had much better service from my other car manufacturer (TOYOTA) that this place! It's just to bad my other Service Dealership will not service my Bimmer.
